120-volt LED Lamps!
Led lamps are available in 4-watts that give approximately 40 watts of incandescent light, and 8-watts that give the equivalent of 60-watts of incandescent light. The advantage of LED lamps is the 50,000-hour average lamp life and the low energy consumption. The LEDs are available in our models that measure 8” square or round or larger. They produce the white color of a Halogen lamp.

120-volt 13-watt Line Voltage PL Fluorescent
lamp provides the equivalent of 75 watts of incandescent light, but it cannot be dimmed. The average lamp life is 10,000 hours. Please note that the PL fluorescent cannot function properly in climates consistently below
32° F (0° C).

12-volt MR-16 Low Voltage Lamp
8" models, or larger, can be fitted with this light fixture. Standard lamp is 50 watts, but 42, 35, and 20 watt lamps are available. The 50-watt lamp produces the equivalent of 150 watts of incandescent light and can be dimmed. Average lamp life is 4,000 hours. A 12-volt transformer (either remote or built-in) is required.

H.I.D. (High Intensity Discharge) Lamps
can only be used in 12" square models or larger. A square recessed light source or rectangular angled fixture may be installed. These fixtures can be fitted with either a 35- or 50-watt High Pressure Sodium lamp (yellow light), a 50-watt Metal Halide lamp (white light), or a 50-watt Mercury Vapor lamp (bluish-green light). Standard voltage is 120, but 277-volt lamps are also available. The rectangular lighting fixture is also available in a 28-watt fluorescent. The average lamp life for both units is over 10,000 hours. These cannot be dimmed.

“Turtle Lights”
We offer Amber LEDs for turtle protected areas. These LEDs are available in all bollards that measure 8” square or round, or larger. We are certified by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission: Certification # 2013-008. To see our bollard on the FFWCC website click here.
